830 Series Wi-Fi 7 Indoor Access Point

Araknis 830 Wi-Fi 7 indoor access point banner

The Araknis 830 Series Indoor Access Point brings Wi-Fi 7 to the Araknis networking lineup, built for installers who need dependable multi-gig wireless coverage in demanding residential and light-commercial environments. A tri-band 2x4x4 antenna design covers the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands at the same time, giving every connected device its own clear lane of bandwidth instead of competing for airtime on a single channel.

Multi-Gig Wi-Fi 7 Performance

A 10GBASE-T uplink port keeps the access point itself from becoming the bottleneck on multi-gig networks, while wide 320 MHz channels on the 6 GHz band unlock peak PHY data rates up to 10,888.9 Mbps. That headroom matters most in busy households and light-commercial spaces running several 4K/8K streams, video conferencing, and smart-home traffic at once.

Automatic Coverage Optimization

The AN-830-AP-I continuously scans the RF environment and retunes its channel selection to avoid interference and congestion, so coverage stays consistent as neighboring networks and nearby devices change. Installers can visualize real-world signal strength room-by-room before finalizing access point placement, taking the guesswork out of multi-AP layouts.

Managed Through OvrC

Like every Araknis product, the 830 Series is built around OvrC cloud management: configure, monitor, and troubleshoot the access point remotely from the OvrC web or mobile app, push firmware updates on your schedule, and hand clients self-serve tools like guest Wi-Fi QR code sharing without a truck roll.

Flexible Installation

The low-profile enclosure mounts flush to a ceiling or drops into an Araknis In-Ceiling Mounting Bracket (AN-ACC-ICBKT-LR, sold separately) for a finished look in higher-end installs. Bridge Mode lets a second 830 extend coverage to a detached structure, such as a guest house or garage, without running additional Ethernet.
