Static and inter-VLAN routing happen locally on the switch instead of relying entirely on the router, and 2.5Gbps multi-gig throughput on select ports makes the 420 Series a strong fit for AV-over-IP, Wi-Fi 6 access points, and multi-gig ISP service. Quad SFP+ transceiver ports handle 10G fiber uplinking, and redesigned cooling fans keep noise down even under a full PoE load.
